This is a painting of the beach at Cox Bay, Tofino, BC, which I’ve had the pure joy of wandering up and back quite a few times.  In rain and sun, feeling hot, feeling cold,  sometimes in morning light, sometimes in the glow of an amazing sunset.  Just an amazing spot.  I always say hello to these bunches of logs because they get to stay there long times (how long I wonder?) and I think they get to see it all.
