That was just a little guy.

And even though I thought I’d burst with creativity I did so inside my head.  Which was great!  On the outside I mostly lay in the sun, read, and swam.  My mind slowed down, in the best way!

I did sit one night and try out the small travel watercolour pack I had brought with me.  I could get into these, I think.  Fun!

      Thanks Dina. It was wonderful to get away and spend all of that time with my kids and see new sites and colours! I may have come back to Spring too, so that’s a bonus!

    Yay! Love those little paintings, the cartwheels (are those your kiddos?), and the last photo, especially. So glad you got out of the dreary Pacific NW weather and found some sunshine in a wonderful place. How has the re-entry been? I’m next: Cabo in 3 1/2 weeks!!

      Those are two of my kids! My biggest doesn’t cartwheel. Re-entry for two only happened this morning because I’m the sweetest mom ever and gave them the weekend to acclimate and adjust before getting back to school, so fingers crossed it goes well. I’m back to my desk today too. It was so good to get away and feel warmth and sunshine and swim constantly! I’m envious of you! Will live vicariously through you now and selfishly extend my own vacation! No pressure!!

          I have three, 13, 17 and 21. I know, I’m old! But I do OK running with the pack a lot of the time.
